• Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT): 262 posts (Librarian - 40, Music-42, Art-59, Physical Education (Female)-74, Physical Education (Male)-4), Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800 grade pay Rs.4600/-, Upper Age Limit : 35 years as on 31/01/2012
• Regional Language Teachers : 369 posts in various regional languages, Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800 grade pay Rs.4600/-, Upper Age Limit : 35 years as on 31/01/2012

AIIMS Invites Assistant Professor Job March 2012

Applications are invited from Indian Citizens belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Other Backward Classes (OBC) for the following temporary faculty posts on regular basis to utilize their services in the field of teaching, research and patient care etc.:-

1. Assistant Professor of Medical Oncology

Qualifications: i) A medical qualification included in Schedule I & II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (candidates possessing the qualifications included in Part-II of the third Scheduled should also fulfil the conditions specified in Section 13(3) of the Act). ii) D.M. in Medical Oncology (2 years or 3 years, or 5 years recognized course after MBBS) or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto. (iii) One year teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the Degree of D.M. in Medical Oncology (2 years or 5 years recognized course after MBBS) or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

Pay Band : PB-3 Rs.15600-39100/- + NPA, subject to minimum Pay of Rs.30,000/- with Academic Grade pay of Rs.8000/-. All the posts carry usual allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees for similar status at Delhi/New Delhi.

Upper Age Limit: 50 (Fifty) years. However, relaxable for Government Servants, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or otherwise exceptionally qualified applicants up-to 5 years and 3 years in the case of Other Backward Classes candidates.

Application fee: Rs. 500/- (Rs. 100 for SC/ST candidates) by means of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “The Director, AIIMS” payable at “New Delhi”. The application fee once remitted shall not be refunded.
