Vacancies for Research Associate and Senior Research Fellow in IGNOU – August 2011

Applications are invited for the temporary posts of Research Associate (One) and Senior Research Fellows (Two) under the ICAR-NAIP project “Innovations in Technology Mediated Learning: An Institutional Capacity Building in using Re-usable Learning Objects in Agro-horticulture”. The details of posts, qualifications and terms and conditions are as follows:-
1. Research Associate (RA)
  •          Number of Position: One

  •          Place of working: School of Agriculture, IGNOU, New Delhi

  •         Qualification: M.Sc. (Ag.) and/or Ph.D. in Horticulture / Post Harvest Technology / Plant protection /Agronomy / Soil Science / Agricultural Economics / Agricultural Extension/Agriculture

  •          Desirables: Experience in Information and Communication Technology in Agro-horticulture.

2. Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
  •          Number of position: One

  •          Place of working: School of Agriculture, IGNOU, New Delhi

  •          Qualification: M.Sc. in Entomology / Pathology / Nematology / Plant protection /Agronomy / Soil Science / Agriculture

  •          Desirables: Experience in Information and Communication Technology in Agro-horticulture

3. Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
  •          Number of position: One

  •          Place of working: ICRTA, IGNOU Regional Centre, Agartala, Tripura

  •         Qualification: M.Sc. (Ag.) in Horticulture / Post Harvest Technology / Plant protection /Agronomy / Soil Science / Agricultural Economics / Agricultural Extension/Agriculture

  •          Desirables: Experience in Information and Communication Technology in Agro-horticulture
