- Experience : Doctorate Degree in any of the aforesaid subjects with ten years experience of working in research and development in Laboratory/Research Institutions /Scientific Organisations in the field of food science/standards/safety out of which five years should be in the managerial capacity.

- Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100/- PM + Grade Pay Rs.7600/-
2-Post Name : Deputy Directors (PAQA/Surveillance/Enfor cement/Codex/Zones)
- Qualifications : Officers from Central or State Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ government controlled /funded recognised research institutions /Universities /PSUs.
- Experience : Doctorate Degree in any of the aforesaid subjects with years experience of working in research and development in Laboratory/ Research Institutions /Scientific Organisations in the field of food science/standards/safety out of which two years should be in the managerial capacity

- Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100/-Per Month + Grade Pay Rs.6600/-.
