Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Board (HPSSSB), invites applications for the post of Trained Graduate Teachers/Shastri/Language Teacher :-
1. Trained Graduate Teachers (Arts)
- Qualification : B.A./B.Com. with at least 50% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) OR B.A./B.Com. with at least 45% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) in accordance with NCTE (Recognition norms and Procedure) regulations issued from time to time in this regard. OR c. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year B.A.Ed. OR B.A./B.Com. with at least 50% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) Special Education.
2. Trained Graduate Teachers (Non-Medical)
- Qualification : B.Sc. (NM) with at least 50% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). OR B.Sc. (NM) with at least 45% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) in accordance with NCTE (Recognition norms and Procedure) regulations issued from time to time in this regard. OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) OR Senior Secondary ( or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year B.Sc. (NM)/Ed OR B.Sc.(NM) with at least 50% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) Special Education.
3. Trained Graduate Teachers (Medical)
- Qualification : B.Sc. (Medical) with at least 50% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) OR B.Sc. (Medical) with at least 45% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) in accordance with NCTE (Recognition norms and Procedure) regulations issued from time to time in this regard. OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) OR Senior Secondary ( or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year B.Sc. (Medical)/Ed OR B.Sc. (Medical) with at least 50% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) Special Education.
4. Shastri
- Qualification : Shastri with 50% marks from an institution/University recognized by H.P. Government
5. Language Teacher
- Qualification : BA with Hindi as an elective subject from a recognized University with 50% marks in Hindi or its equivalent. OR The candidates who have passed Prabhakar (Honours in Hindi) followed by BA Examination in English and one additional subject may be treated as equivalent to BA with Hindi for appointment to the post of Language Teacher provided the candidates have secured 50% marks in Prabhakar examination. OR M.A. (Hindi) with 50% marks from a recognized University
Age: There is no upper age limit to apply for Teacher Eligibility Test (TET).
How to apply : The application forms complete in all respect should reach to the Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Board, Hamirpur HP-177001 on or before 17th October, 2011. Candidates should also attach one self addressed envelop of 9”X4” (inch) size along with Rs. 6/- (Six) postage stamp pasted on it with the application form.
