• Preferable Additional Qualification : Ph.D or Fellowship from reputed Institutes / Universities in OD / OB / Industrial Psychology / allied disciplines.
•  Experience : 16 /19 years in the relevant  field in Industry / Consultancy firms / Management Development Institutes /Academic
• Institutions/ Training Institutions in Pubic / Private Sector, in the relevant field after acquiring the essential qualification or equivalent as
• specified in the post.
• No. Of Post : 01 Posts.
• Age Limit : 48-50 years.
• Pay Scale : Rs.43200-66000/- Minimum Monthly Basic Pay Rs.43200 /-

Application Fee : Demand Draft for Rs.400/-, which is non-refundable (exempted in the case of  SC/ST/PWD candidates), drawn on any Nationalised Bank (preferably on State Bank of India) in favour of “HAL Management Academy” payable at Bangalore is to be enclosed
along with the Application. The Demand Draft should have been obtained between 11.4.2012 and 05.5.2012, Name of the candidate and Name of the Post needs to be written  on the reverse side of the Demand Draft. A candidate can apply for only one post best  suited for his qualification and experience.
