Jobs Details :- The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) is seeking qualified candidates for the post of DIRECTOR (CORPORATE PLANNING & PERSONNEL), Mazagon Dock Limited (MDL).
1-Post Name : Director (Corporate PLG & PERS)
Qualifications : Mechanical/Electrical/Marine Engineering graduate with good academic record from a recognised university/institution. He should have adequate experience in management of large and complex projects and with requisite Managerial & Leadership skills at a senior level in a large organisation of repute. Persons with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management or Business Administration with Personnel Management/Industrial Relations as an elective subject from a recognised university or Institute of Management or Degree in Law or Industrial Engineering will have an added advantage.
Age Limit :
- Minimum 45 years.
- Not more than 58 years for internal candidates and not more than 57 years for others.
The age of superannuation is 60 years.
Pay Scale : Rs.75000-100000/-
